We are a fast paced online marketing / reservations company that has a strong portfolio of Holiday Homes and as our business continues to grow so does our passionate fun loving team!
An opportunity has arisen to join our busy and growing holiday home marketing agency. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, knowledgeable, a good communicator, organised and likes working in a team. This role will primarily be office based and being computer-savvy is a must!
Main responsibilities of this role would include:
• Online Marketing of holiday homes to tourists
• Converting inquiries to bookings
• Managing online presence of properties
• Sending newsletters to homeowners
• Ongoing communication with guest and owners
• Helping to identify improvements to our website from online advertising
To be successful in this role you will:
• Be computer literate, especially across Gmail and Microsoft Office
• Have an meticulous attention to detail
• Have a customer service mentality
• Be adaptable to be able to manage a number of tasks at once
• Have a passion for the hospitality sector
We like to think of ourselves as an interesting company to work for, offering lots of variety with each day being different from the last.
Flexibility is important during busy times, with the option of being able to sometimes work from home and potential weekend work.
Computer skills essential and training will be provided.
This role is based on a 40 hour week, but may need extra support in busy times.
